I'm (perhaps) having the same problem. (Upgraded to Hoary from Warty, using sv_SE.UTF-8 as standard locale.) Is there a way to change *M-a -* to ā instead of ã? And add more mappings, like *M-n .* to ṅ (as for ṁ, ṡ, ṫ and others)? -- Ces
