Newbie trying to setup gkrellm.

Is there anyone out there that can point me to a URL or is willing to
help me to set up gkrellm? I have never used it before and mainly want
to use it to monitor my cable Internet connection, however the cpu,
hard disc, temp and other monitoring stuff for computers looks cool as
well. My first question is how do I get gkrellm to start up when I
boot Ubuntu?
