mutt/postfix return-path

Thanks Bob and Ewan for your input on this one.

I watched the mail log when Evolution mailed and then mutt. 

Mutt was using my username as the from and Evolution was using my From:.
I had a play with some of the from options in muttrc. Setting the
encode_from to yes appears to solve the problem; my return-path is
getting set accordingly now.
