firefox / thunderbird interaction

Hi Gavin

I tried this using the gconf editor directly.

It works okay when thunderbird isn't open, but if you want to send
another link from firefox it complains about the profile already being
in use.

I have two profiles - one for home, and another for my work which I
don't want to use when I am at home and *not* working.
