PayPal Account Security Measures

No! These e-mails are NEVER authentic. Paypal and other banking
institutions never ever send out e-mails like this one. The URL will
take you to a fake WEB site that looks like the real thing, but it is
just there to capture your account details for no other purpose to steal
your money!
