Installing Custom Persian Fonts

If you are the only person using the computer,  that is, only have one
account; then putting them in /home/your_user/.fonts  will make them
work for that specific user. There is a global folder for fonts for
every user, but im unsure where it is right now.  For a single-user
system the .fonts in  the home-dir will work.
