Printing to a remote CUPS queue

Simply edit /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and enable browsing. It is turned off. 
Then simply restart cups with sudo /etc/init.d/cupsys restart. Note this 
requires the computer managing the printer to have printer broadcasting 
enabled.
