it is important to make the distinction between
html code editors, like the ones you are listing,
and wysiwyg (what you seee is what you get) editors,
which let a simple user create and edit web pages
with pictures and so on per drag and drop. like

mozilla composer, NVU, Openoffice HTML editor, GINF,
JXHTMLEDIT (Java), IBM WebSphere Homepage Builder (Proprietary).
