Assuming the error messages are "normal" for Ubuntu, then the main
issue is that I still have not been able to burn with Nautilus, K3B or
xcdroast (the later is not installed at this time).

1) I can't create an ISO file according to the instructions in the
Starter's Guide.
2) Both Nautilus and K3B "seem" to be able to create some sort of temp
ISO file, but crap out when trying to burn.
3) Error message in K3B:

Debugging output:
System

K3b Version:0.11.12
KDE Version: 3.2.3
QT Version: 3.2.3

cdrecord

scsibus: -2 target: -2 lun: -2
Warning: Open by 'devname' is unintentional and not supported.

/usr/bin/cdrecord: Warning: using unofficial version of libscg

Any idea what is going on?

Cheers,

Brian
