Forwarding in Evolution

I am using Ubuntu.  In Evolution email, is there away that you can force
(when forwarding) text to appear in text pain and send as text, rather
than as an attachment.

I have advised all my address book in the past not to forward
attachments to me and it seems inconsistent of me to send attachments to
them, which seems to be the case in Evolution. (I realize one can Cut &
Paste, but that is not always convenient and I note, doesn't always work
in Evolution.)
