Three newbie questions

The PC's are connected by cable to a HUB.  The DSL is also connected to the
Hub (Not a specific PC) - therefore I think neither PC is a server, just
running Windows Home Network, sharing Printer, Files and DSL.

Do I therefore rethink the DHCP setting thing?

(The DSL came with setup instructions for Windows, but no other OS.  DSL is
Dynalink RTA210)
