Import from outlook express?

That help is quite a recipe!
Paper and pencil can be a little cumbersome...

I press F1 in Evolution and look up this Migration, but there's no print
option in the File menu!!! I try starting gedit and copying and pasting,
but it doesn't copy!!!

Must I use paper and pencil???
