Samba / SWAT

I'm new to Linux and I'm having a similar problem.  Tried the above but
still get

"An error occurred while loading http://127.0.0.1:901/:"

"Could not connect to host 127.0.0.1 (port 901)."



I installed Kubuntu on two machines and both have the same problem when
trying to access Swat.  With Suse 10 installed, Swat access was not a
problem.

I have a feeling I'm not doing something basic.  



Any ideas?
