Searching for wine at packages.ubuntu.com only shows it as available
for i386 architectures.
If you are wanting to run i386 binaries in a 64 bit environment,
AFAIK, your best bet is to either chroot or use qemu/bochs.
If you want to run 64 bit binaries, then you will have to compile it
yourself; googling for wine + 64 bit comes up with a few hits.
