Dual Boot Problem

What on earth are you talking about!!?? One runs at a time. It is
impossible for multiple to run simultaneously, however it is trivial to
be able to select between them at bootup.

Ubuntu won't be able to run Windows programs (without a compatibility
layer like Wine, of course), because it isn't Windows!
