Alt + Spacebar is supposed to open a window menu for the currently selected window, Alt + F1; to pen the apps. menu, & Shift + F10 will activate the context menu.

Yes, but I find a problem with Alt+Tab. Suppose I have 10 windows open.
Suppose I am using the 1st window, and I want to go to the 5th window.
Using Alt+Tab would require me to press the key combination 5 times.
But if there was a shortcut that could bring up some kind of window list
menu, I could just use the Down arrow key to get to my required window.
