ubuntu on pentium 630

either one is fine. the Pentium 4 630 is a 64bit chip, so u can actually
install either one. the only thing is 64bit still isn't "mainstream"
yet, so you might find that some software are a bit more difficult to
get installed and running.

safest bet is to stick to i386 for the time being; at least until 64bit
becomes more widespread (unless you're feeling adventurous ;-) )
