Use ASCII codes from decimal 179 to 218.  I used to type them from 
Numeric keypad on DOS consoles using the ALT + Ascii code combination.  
I guess you can use them in your program.  Which version of Oracle Forms 
are you using?  It has been ages since I used character-based Oracle 
Forms (Oracle 6/7 before 1995!).  I recall hand-drawing the boxes using 
Oracle Forms itself.
