ok, this works for me (in a terminal) :

sudo su -
cd /etc/apache2/mods-enabled
ln -s /etc/apache2/mods-available/php5.load php5.load
ln -s /etc/apache2/mods-available/php5.conf php5.conf
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
