Suspend and Bluetooth questions

Couple of questions:

1) Have a dual-boot (paragon boot manager) Panasonic Toughbook CF-51 (2g
ram, 80g disk) and unable to successfully suspend Ubuntu. 

2) What is the status with Ubuntu bluetooth audio; have a Plantronics
Stereo bluetooth headset coupled to a Zoom PCMCIA Bluetooth card. Ubuntu
recognizes the bluetooth card. Can't get any bluetooth device to bind;
Ubuntu sees them but the never get a passcode screen for binding.
