Where should I send my breezy upgrade notes

I just upgraded yesterday from hoary to breezy. Overall things went 
well. I have endless numbers of odd packages installed, so I am 
impressed. There were a couple of hitches. More importantly though, I 
took down a log of the process and was wondering where I should send it? 
I assume someone collects that information?
