Call for help on documenting scanners

Hello all,

Scanners are one of those places that the Documentation Team needs
help from you, the average user. We specifically need two pieces of
help:

1. Record whether your scanner does or doesn't work with Ubuntu at:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardwareSupportComponentsScanners

2. If you scanner requires manual tweaking to get it to work, record
that information on:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ScanningHowTo

If you edit the above page, please try and make your edits as generic
as possible. Don't just tell us you got your scanner working, tell us
how. Think of writing as if you had to give it to your non-techy
friend/neighbour/mother/father/sister/etc.

Further discussion of how to edit those wiki pages on ubuntu-doc and
general help on ubuntu-users, as usual, please!
