Dual head system setup

Current card I have is onboard SiS (PCI slot), works fine, etc. New card
is GeForce FX 5200 (AGP slot). So first I am trying to get the system to
know about the card. Changed BIOS setting. Closest one I had to AGP was
Onboard AGP so changed to that. Booted, still boots using PCI card. 

Also installed:

nvidia-glx
(%> sudo nvidia-glx-config enable, using KUbuntu)


Any ideas, anyone?
