Hamachi

I have it installed and running. The UI ain't so hot if you're used to the
Windows one - it's just command line stuff.
http://forums.hamachi.cc/viewtopic.php?t=3421 gives a pretty good overview
of what needs doing.

Really nice product, shame it doesn't support proxy servers yet.
