This is correct. I probably didn't phrase it well. WINE might be an
option for me if FreeDos turns out not to be. Thanks.

What a great site! And an interesting history too. This looks like it will handle
any update problems for me no sweat. And the price is right. Thanks very much for
this info, Rob.
And I guess I'll add here my thanks to everyone who responded to my
questions along with an apology for being slow to get back myself. I
was trying to read about and track down more info, and that along with
the time of year took more time than it should. Muchas thanks. :)
