Make & Gaim Plugin: gaim-rhythmbox

The configure script needs to gather all the cool gaim header files for make
to compile your app. Particularly it's checking for the file
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/gaim.pc. Install them with the command:

    sudo apt-get install gaim-dev
