How to connect to my Ubuntu via a VNC Viewer?

Hi,

I have installed a VNC viewer on my Windows XP and I want to be able
to access my Ubuntu (Hoary) through it. I also installed x11vnc on
Hoary. Now what other steps do I have to follow in order to connect to
my Hoary via VNC?
