| i'm having similar problems with hibernate, and i was looking for some
| help. i have a desktop, and i could hibernate fine under hoary (i would
| go to SYstem->Log Out->Hibernate.) with breezy, it seems to hibernate
| okay, but then when i go to restart it, it freezes and i need to press
| the restart button (the keyboard seems dead as well.)
|
| any ideas?
Same here; 5.04 worked almost out of the box (I had to add 2 modules
to /etc/default/acpi-support), but 5.10 does not.

Hopefully I only need to use suspend, and it works...

Good luck ;)

PD mine is a Benq JB7000
