Transition from apt-get to aptitude?

There was similar talk in that thread, but my eyes didn't catch the trick I
was after.
However, after doing some more work on the subject I figured out the way in
two phases.
First, I realized that OO.o2 was dependant of ubuntu-desktop. I installed
that by apt-get, and after that aptitude didn't want to remover OO.o2
anymore, nor some of the libraries and other packages that related.
Then, it just popped into my head. Why not do 'sudo aptitude install xxx'
where I replaced those 'xxx's by c&p'ing what it wants to remove. Ta-da,
that did the trick. Naturally there might have been something I didn't
actually need, but by what I saw aptitude's UI explaining them to be a bit
earlier, I don't think so.
Now I think I'm where I wanted to be. Time will tell. Thanks to everyone who
contributed to this thread!
