Sadly, no.  I haven't yet found examples of all video files, but Totem 
as a Firefox plugin cannot handle mpeg or mov files, although standalone 
it can play both.  With mov files, it plays a few frames then goes 
black.  If you then try to go back a page, the browser intermittently 
crashes.  With mpeg files, it does one of two things: (1) black page 
with popup: "Totem could not play 'fd://0' There were no decoders found to
handle the stream, you might need to install the corresponding plugins"
or (2) it plays a few frames then goes black.
