Use desktop monitor as an extension of Laptop monitor

Docking-Station + kvm-switch.
Docking-Station is always connected to the kvm, the desktop too.
Notebook in Docking-Station, enable Cinerama and hit magic-keys switching 
the kvm, you're done.
