Hardisk clicks more often when wake up from suspension?

It does not necessarily mean that he needs a new harddrive. It depend on
the type of clicking. Some 2.5" harddisks for laptops occasionally have
a high, pitched click sound that does not mean that the drive is
nearing death. If the click is very loud and more of a repeated heavy
"CLACK!", then the drive is saying "bye bye".
I suspect that it could be related to a caching problem, but this is
only a wild guess. Take a look at your /var/log/messages file and dmesg
(sudo dmesg) and read carefully if there are any errors, timeout, bufer
overflows or something like that reported.
