apt- et dist-upgrade

Hi

I am on dial-up so.....


I just got a Breezy Badger  CD..

Can I change my Sources list to  CDROM

Do 

apt-get dist-upgrade

on the CDROM


Then change my sources list to Breezy Badger

and do

apt-get update && apt-get upgrade....


Or is their a flaw in this plan...


My objective is:

Upgrade to Breezy..


Spend at little time as possible downloading off the net on my dial-up
