ubuntu-desktop is a meta-package that basically contains a list of
dependancies to give you the default desktop environment.

this meta package contains gnome-games, so if you remove it, you
remove the meta-package.

It won't hurt if it's gone.

Worry if it starts removing other gnome-* packages too ;)
