I have got the Gizmoproject.com to work on one laptop - and there i works
fine very fine. They have serious problems now - not when the installation
IS carried through, but simply their capability to make a userfreindly
installation on different computers. But -as mentioned- I think we should
help them organize it!
They have thought it was my local problem that I could not get it
installed, but I tried on different computers with the same result - maybe
the same conflicts (mails below).
Now they got even more problems on their homepage.
Best regards
Phillip

Thank you - I'll try this soon!
Do you know where in the Linux-system I can find such setup - in the
/usr/?? in the /opt/??, in the /dev/?? or where??????
(Because I run a parallel setup of Ubuntu wherefrom I have copied sections
with success, eg etc/X11 when I had problems with my X-setup).
Whenever I get the Gixmoproject to work I'll deny the impression people
may have got from this thread through one or two positive Emails. Could
you please ease the Linux-section or make an install documentation to the
Linux-download page? - several who do not know the project gave up as they
did not guess that the bonsjour part was needed!
Best regards
Phillip
