FreeBSD's 'rsink'-like package?

Have a look at apt-proxy, apt-mirror, and the dpkg manpage (especially the 
--get-selections and --set-selections options).  It should be pretty easy to 
set something up for that.  I think there *is* a tool that does exactly what 
you want, too, though.
