Yes.
Go here:
http://tinyerp.org/docs/index.php/ServerInstallDebian.html
and get the packages it recommends plus this one:
sudo apt-get install psycopg
Then get the tarball at:
http://tinyerp.org/download/sources/tinyerp-server-2.1.3.tar.gz
and untar it:
tar -xzf tinyerp-server-2.1.3.tar.gz
cd to:
/path/where/untarred/tinyerp-server-2.1.3/bin
and run ./tinyerp-server
It works on my local machine but I haven't managed to get the client to
connect remotely.
