vnc4server script isn't updated to look for /etc/X11/xorg.conf

In /usr/bin/vnc4server it looks for XF86Config-4 anf XF86Config, but with the updates to X, the
config file is now /etc/X11/xorg.conf, simply changing the config line to use /etc/X11/xorg.conf
fixes the issue.
