Are you running Hoary or Breezy? In my case Im running Breezy and I couldnt
run Azureus. It worked fine under Hoary. I installed sun-j2re1.5 that I
created with make-jpkg but it still wouldnt work. Then I figured it out on a
fluke. Running `update-alternatives --all` to set something, I found that by
default java in Breeze is set to "/usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj/bin/java", so I set
it to option #3 in my case which was "/usr/lib/j2re1.5-sun/bin/java" and
everything worked fine again. Just run:
`sudo update-alternatives --config java`
and you'll get what Im talking about. For Breezy that is. YMMV.
