Actually, no.

There is no need to reinstall. The precompiled Ubuntu kernel includes
drivers for _all_ hardware. This includes the chipsets on your OLD
mainboard as well as on the NEW one.

The system will detect and load whatever is required at boot time and
you should have no problems.

If you made specific tweaks for the old mainboard, perhaps undo them.
Otherwise, just move all the hardware and enjoy.
