I have been doing business with them for three years, and I stopped
calling them pretty early on. If the modem they've given you is
connected--two steady green lights, right?--you do not need to
communicate with Verizon. 

Even if the modem loses its connection, just switch it off for a minute
and then back on again; one steady green light comes up pretty quick,
then the second will flicker for less than a minute and go steady and
a third green light will come with your network being connected to it.
I'm pleading with you Rajiv, don't call them, throw that number away.

Like Steve Laniels told you, just post what you can right here on
this list.
