[Breezy] gnome-core-devel : won't install ?

Breezy is 4 month old now, and it has never been able to install the
package "gnome-core-devel", that helps so much when trying to install
stuff from source, when it's not in the repos. It's also kinda required
to get Anjuta to going, too, it seems.
Has anyone been able to install it ?
These are all the problems that Synaptic complains about :
gnome-core-devel:
Depends: libbonoboui2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libatspi-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libeel2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgnomeprintui2.2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgnomeprint2.2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libnautilus-extension-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgail-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgtk2.0-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libpanel-applet2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libpango1.0-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libglade2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgnomeui-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libstartup-notification0-dev but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: librsvg2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgtksourceview-dev but it is not going to be installed
