Changing password to a keyring

I don't know how you change the keyring password in the GUI
application however, from the console it is as follows:

# gpg --edit-key <name of key as arg>
> password

I hope this does the trick for you. May I suggest that next time you
look at the man pages first...

# man gpg

Always go to documentation first sometimes there are simple solutions
that can be resolved easily even without a GUI.
