There are some "simple" how-tos out there.  But time and time again I go
back to the source.

If your doing any serious packaging, I would start with the second and
then keep a link to the first around for whenever you need it.

A quick tutorial that one of my friends suggests is as follows, but Ive
never really read it so I'm not sure about it.
