Your bootloader, ie. grub, will do that for you.  After installing Windows
to its new partition, use a boot-cd to get back into Linux, rerun grub from
the boot-cd to reinstall itself to the mbr, then add the Windows partition
to your grub menu on your Linux partition.  Grub will then boot off your
linux partition (unless you separated /boot from root), and you can select
Windows from its menu.  man grub.
