Howso? Mine does _everything_ it would also do with local mail.

Do you or the ubiversity use spamassassin at all? I just set up a filter
to move any spam (ie: X-Spam-Status header) to a mailbox of my own choosing.
Alternatively, Tools -> Filters -> Add -> IF "Junk Test" "Message is
Junk" THEN -> choose action...

Edit -> Preferences -> Accounts -> Edit -> Defaults -> Select a folder
for Sent mail.

You can make Evolution move the message to Trash (or anywhere else) and
remove it from the current folder, as opposed to just marking it as
deleted. When you're deleting or moving hundreds of mails
simultaneously, it might mark them as deleted first, then expunge them
automatically. I can't actually find the pref to set this, but mine
certainly behaves that way.
