cd/dvd not detected in installation

I set the bios to boot on CD first. It loads Ubuntu setup, I press enter and
begin installing. After selecting the language and keyboard type it enters
in a CD detection fase. Then the CD-ROM is not recognized and it asks for a
driver in a floppy.

Thanks

Francisco
