Asking for report bug information

Hello to all,
I'd like and need to know if and where there is a site to report
bugs from Multiverse applications. When I download a package from
the Multiverse repository, in the shell it says ubuntu-users.
Is that right or wrong ?

I'm having a doubt, as all kinds of questions seem to be treated
here, and cause noone answered to the two last questions I asked
two days ago (acroread authentication and apt-file update 404 error)

So, either no one knowing the answers is available,
or these questions don't interest people. However, I think some
developers made the effort creating the software where I found
the bugs, that's the reason of the present post.
