Sorry, but I keynoted a conference in the middle east last week in
Amman, Jordan.

We arranged for CD's to be shipped. Everyone promised, guaranteed, etc.

Nothing showed up.

So, I guess I'm supposed to be nice and never say a thing bad about anyone.

You can run but you can't hide. 

It doesn't take long before your failed to delivers and own goals
start hurting you.

If I would have had one day's warning, we could have done our own duplications.

If you aren't going to deliver, at least have the humanity to give a warning.
