I can't remove some files

Hi everybody. I want know how to remove some files which although I'm
root I can't remove it. This is a ls of the carpets which I can't
remove.

root at rex:/home/mantero/documents/others/.Trash-mantero # ls -l
total 0
drwxrwxrwx  3 root root  72 2005-02-28 11:24 cisco2
drwxrwxrwx  3 root root  72 2005-04-30 10:24 cisco3
drwxrwxrwx  2 root root 408 2005-02-06 11:43 OOo_man
